Becoming organ-wise is learning to speak the language of the territory of our bodies.

During these eight days, we will come together to learn the Art of Elemental Womb + Abdominal Sobada and The Back as an Oracle Sobada in both theory and practice.

What is Elemental Womb and Abdominal Sobada? Elemental Womb and Abdominal Sobada is a therapeutic massage practice that enhances our ability to receive the communication of our bodies. This heightened receptivity allows us to assess, analyze, and consciously apply bodywork techniques that support harmony within the digestive, nervous, lymphatic, circulatory, immune, and endocrine systems.

The core digestive center, the sexual-creative womb complex, and the systems responsible for assimilation and elimination (such as the urinary and excretory systems) house the organs essential for purifying our blood, assimilating vital nutrients and minerals, and maintaining hormonal and neurological balance. These systems discern what should be eliminated and play a key role in overall equilibrium.

These organs regulate bodily fluids and serve as centers of lineage memory, personal power, confidence, sensuality, clarity, and intimacy. They also support our capacity for creation (fertility), our relationship with resources, our sense of purpose, and our joy, courage, and strength.

The state of these organs reflects the quality of our inner dynamics, relationships, and external ecosystems.
Through this art of bodywork, we support the optimal functioning of these vital organs, address chronic imbalances and diseases, and amplify our intuitive power.

The Back as an Oracle

The body, in its many manifestations, speaks and communicates, expressing its relationship with the environment, with situations, with our thoughts, our personal history, our emotions, our ideas, and with the deeper aspects of our material and immaterial being.

This form of massage rescues and seeks to make sense of all these manifestations that the body holds, giving them a voice and a path that allows for their transition.

The back is a microsystem that allows for a reading of various aspects of the person; from there, we can broadly integrate, through massage and other therapies, a path to navigate different states of the person.

Massage is the gateway to information recorded in muscles, soft tissues, and bones that manifests, enabling the recognition of pain, tension, contraction, discomfort, and other forms of physical expression, in order to find the psychosomatic origin that needs to be addressed.

You will emerge with the potential to:

• Offer a full Elemental Womb-Abdominal Sobada (as an additional modality for established practitioners, and as a self-care practice for non-practitioners).

• Apply the Back as an Oracle Modality (for established practitioners, and as a self-guided practice for non-practitioners).

you will receive:

• Pre-recorded classes covering:

  • The comprehensive anatomy and physiology of the pelvic bowl and womb complex

  • The comprehensive anatomy and physiology of the nervous, circulatory, and endocrine systems

  • The comprehensive anatomy and physiology of the back musculature and bones (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum, and coccyx)

We will review this material in person, but it's important that you study the classes beforehand.

• 30 hours of theory and practice on Elemental Womb-Abdominal Sobada and Back as an oracle.

• A comprehensive understanding of theory and practical application of the modalities to enhance your current practice.

• The ability to observe and care for your own body through these modalities.

• Closing of the bones--sealing ceremony for postpartum + psycho-emotional closure

• Connection to elemental rituals for prevention and treatment approaches.

Healthcare providers; Midwives, Doctors, Doulas, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Nutritionist, Herbalists, Lactation Counselors, Fertility Counselors, Yoga instructors, Artists, Women of all ages, and anyone recognizing the power and importance of holding this wisdom and knowledge for themselves, family and community.

Our aim is to support established or aspiring care practitioners in connecting with their intuition, expanding their knowledge and skills, and becoming exemplars for their communities. This includes activating elemental consciousness, expanded states of awareness, and maintaining impeccable practice in their respective fields.

• Lodging at Hospedaje La Casona, a charming little hotel in the pueblo, with your own private room and bathroom
